Ammonium Bisulfate Measurement

The AbSensor-AbS is a real-time,

 in-situ Ammonium Bisulfate sensor that

directly measure the formation and

evaporation temperatures of the

fouling material that deposits

in the Air Heater. This is

then applied to control

SCR/SNCR injection

rates for fouling

mitigation.

SO 3  Measurement

The AbSensor-SO3 

is a real-time, in-situ

SO3 measurement system.

The principle of operation is

based on measuring the dewpoint

of H2SO4. The Flue Gas moisture content

and the duct pressure is then applied to the

dewpoint and SO3 ppm is calculated. This measurement

can then be used to control reagent injection for Blue Plume mitigation
